Waterside is situated in a Grade II listed Victorian factory building on the canal in Wharf Road. It is within easy reach of Islington (Angel and Upper Street), Old Street, Hoxton and Shoreditch. The nearest tube stations are Angel (9 minutes walk) and Old Street (11 minutes). There is a lovely walk along the canal from Angel station and a day-time coffee shop on site.

Directions:
Waterside is on the canal in Islington at Wenlock Basin about ten minutes’ walk from Angel tube station (for a scenic route and short cut you can walk along the canal for half of it) and 12-15 minutes from Old Street station. Hoxton, the ‘Silicon Roundabout’ of Old Street and Islington are all nearby.

From Angel: Exit the tube and stay on the right side of Upper St towards Sofa.com. Turn right down Duncan Street, cross the road and you’ll see a sign indicating the entrance to the canal in front of you. Walk down the slope to the canal and turn to your left to walk along the canal. Pass the first exit on your left and keep walking until you see an exit with the Narrowboat Pub above you on the road. At the top of the steps you are in Wharf Road. Turn right and Waterside is a little way down on your left (it is an old Victorian factory complex). Buzz the buzzer for number 29 and when the gate opens walk diagonally left across the courtyard – you’ll see the canal in front of you – and buzz number 29 again on the building on your left. 29 is at the top of the stairs. Bear in mind there is no lift.

On-street parking is available in Wharf Road.
