Psychotherapy in Islington and online

Life can be difficult sometimes. We can all struggle with problems that don’t seem to go away on their own. It can be enormously helpful to share what’s going on with someone else, someone who’s trained to look at things differently. Who can help you let some of the feelings out and think about things with you. Someone who listens, focuses only on you and doesn’t interrupt with their own concerns and someone, moreover, who is neutral and will keep what you say confidential.
Feeling safe and heard can help you think about and repair the past and move into the future differently.

How will we work?

I offer two ways of working:The first is short-term work of 12 sessions, where we agree a goal for what needs to be worked on at the outset and stay within that. The second is open-ended, long-term work which allows for themes to emerge
